President Corner
Dear members,

I am delighted to be back as your Interim and CEO. This is my second time in this position and I am working hard at catching up on the current issues and on being able to effectively represent EMC and you as members as required in the coming months while the search for a permanent CEO goes on.

In my years at EMC, I was always energized by the contributions of members and it always reminded me that EMC belongs to you as members. My role is to ensure that EMC's activities reflect your needs and I will focus on adjustments required to get you more involved. That will also help me to better understand the many issues facing EMC, some of which are indeed challenging. I plan on making a number of recommendations in this regard to your elected Board of Directors in the coming weeks and if they agree, this will create new opportunities for you as members to play an increasing role in achieving EMC's important mission of increasing electric mobility in Canada's surface transportation modes.

Feel free to share your thoughts on how we can together accomplish this.
