On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, welcome to the 2026 IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, Signal & Power Integrity (EMC+SIPI). I am delighted to welcome the Symposium to Dallas, Texas, and to the Hilton Anatole — a venue that brings our technical sessions, exhibits, and networking under one roof, right in the Dallas Design District. I hope to meet you during this exciting week full of discussions, in which we will share insights, ask questions, learn from the experts and innovators, and evaluate new techniques and findings.

I am confident that the breadth and depth of this year's technical program will provide a valuable experience for you regardless of where you are in your career and whether you are in academia, government, or industry.
