Empowering Minds Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) offers community-based care for a multitude of mental health needs. We are committed to reducing the stigmas that surround mental illness through the provision of high-quality services that include community integration and care coordination. All services are individualized, strengths-based, and outcome oriented. Our team is committed to providing a holistic treatment approach which includes comprehensive assessments, evaluations, treatment, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults in our community. Services are provided by licensed mental health professionals and practitioners that will assist individuals with establishing healthier and more productive lives.
