NREMT Refresher Courses
We will start with a National Registry EMT-Refresher course. This is a 36-hour course approved by the State of Michigan. An EMT will be able to obtain all of their CEU requirements in one setting. That includes the new State of Michigan Pediatric requirements.
The refresher course is also a requirement for NREMT recertification. People
who have attended an EMT class and subsequently struggle to successfully complete the NREMT testing process can attend this course to meet the requirements for obtaining three more attempts at the NREMT computer adaptive test.
A National Registry Paramedic (NRP) Refresher immediately follows the EMT-Refresher course. The NRP-Refresher course is 54 hours and will fulfill all of the requirements for relicensure (including the new pediatric requirements.
refresher course is also a requirement for NREMT recertification.
course will fulfill the requirement for a NRP Transition course, which is mandated by NREMT to maintain your NRP certification.
This will be a small class of fellow providers attending and teaching the short classes to obtain all of the State of Michigan requirements for relicensure.
