The ASA Library is a new eBook reading platform for desktop and mobile devices. The ASA Library seamlessly connects with customers' asa2fly.com accounts so that eBooks can be accessed on multiple devices and downloaded on up to three devices immediately following purchase or redemption. All ASA eBooks are updated in real time in the ASA Library, so highlights and bookmarks made using one device will appear when opened on another.


Purchase an ASA eBook or redeem a voucher code at asa2fly.com, and an ASA Library account will be created for you. Once the order is complete, you can access the book on your desktop and mobile devices at

ASA's next Author Talk will be Tuesday, July 18, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Arlynn McMahon, author of Lesson Plans to Train Like You Fly, will be joining us to discuss the fourth edition of her book and provide guidance and direction for instructors and educators on how to develop and present interesting, relevant, and meaningful lesson plans.


If you are a flight instructor, this course is for you. If you are a seasoned flight instructor, you might learn some things to help you improve your instruction both on the ground and in the cockpit.


This ASA Author Talk will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend the LIVE event, you can view it at ASApresents.net soon after. Earn credit with the WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program by watching this presentation and successfully passing the quiz.

ASA at AirVenture!

As usual, plenty of books and pilot supplies will be available for purchase in Hangar B, Aisle D. We will have some show specials on our video and ground school courses for Private, Instrument, and Remote Pilots.


In addition to our regular location, ASA will be co-hosting a tent in the Collegiate Park area along with the National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA). On Monday, July 24, join ASA and NIFA at our outside location to watch a special video release from FLYING Media of the 2023 NIFA Safecon competition.


On Tuesday, July 25, at 1pm, join us at the ASA booth in Hangar B, Aisle D as we livestream author Barry Schiff to our booth. FLYING magazine editor Julie Boatman will be moderating a discussion with Barry Schiff about his new book An Illustrated Guide to Flying. Q&A session to follow.
