Last month we asked what our readers considered the biggest roadblock to becoming a pilot today. The results are in—first place went to "training costs and student loans" with 24.5% of votes. Tied for second place, with 16.3% of votes were "lack of accessibility to training locations" and "uncertainty about career paths and industry stability." And lastly, in a three-way tie for third place with 14.3% of votes, were "time commitment and scheduling challenges," "FAA medical certification and mental health stigma," and "instructor shortages and training delays."
