CHECK YOUR IMMUNIZATIONS PRIOR TO THE START OF SCHOOL
Minnesota law* requires students entering 12th grade for the 2022-2023 school year provide documentation or a legal exemption for the booster dose of Meningococcal vaccine (the initial dose was required to enter 7th grade). This immunization protects against meningococcal disease, which is a rare, serious illness caused by specific bacteria. Teenagers and young adults are at higher risk for contracting this disease.
Please check the parent portal to view your child’s immunization record to determine if the booster dose of Meningococcal (MCVA4) is needed prior to September 6, 2022.

*All students are expected to be in compliance with the state immunization laws on the first day of the 2022-2023 school year. Students who fail to provide proof of immunization or exemption will be at risk of exclusion school.

PARENTS: Need help with your UserID and Password? You can email the Parent Helpdesk at helpline@edenpr.org or call the Parent Helpline at 952.975.7094.
