In this timely, equity-focused discussion on wellness during the twin pandemics of Covid and a nationwide reckoning with systemic racism, three Columbia Bundles Community Scholars will discuss the development of culturally-responsive wellness spaces focused on sustaining careworkers and educators.

Online EPIC Yoga Every Thursday

10–11am and 11:15am–12:15pm

10–11am Class practices breathing techniques and moves through some basic yoga poses, concentrating on alignment, balance, and flexibility. 11:15am–12:15pm Gentle/chair yoga, ideal for those of more limited mobility or flexibility.


Professor Emerita Ginny Papaioannou, a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance, leads EPIC Yoga. No prior experience is required to join.
