GETTING STARTED

USE CHROME Chrome is the preferred browser to access the event page, virtual event hub and backstage studio link. Safari and Firefox are the next best browsers, but please use Chrome if it is available to you.

WHEN WE GO LIVE Day of the Event, you will be able to enter the site 30 mins before the Welcome Address, or at 8:00am Wednesday December 9.

HOLD ON TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL Prior to the event, you will receive an email from AccelEvents confirming your ticket and links to create your profile – save this email for ease of accessing the event; don’t worry though, follow up emails will be sent in case you lose this email!

SET UP YOUR PROFILE provide many ways to network within the event, having your information filled out – including a picture – will be important for people trying to find you.

How will PDH’s work at the 2020 Virtual Industry Conference?

Courses will be running live at their scheduled time. A PDH can only be obtained from attending the live scheduled time for the session.

Upon entering a course offering PDH’s, the moderator will provide the run of show. You will be asked to engage in the chat box at the beginning, middle and end of the session.

The staff will use the analytics from the back end of the site to ensure you attended the full session and engaged as required for PDH acceptance.

The speakers will be available for real time questions at the end of the presentation, if you have follow-up questions or discussion for the presenters, they will be available throughout the conference in the networking tab.

After the conference we will be contacting you at the email address you registered with, confirming which courses you fit the criteria for PDH, then we will send your certificates to you electronically.

PDH’s are currently pending on most sessions, please check back for updates on the approved status.
