The Church Office will be closed June 19 for the National Holiday of Juneteenth. If you have any pastoral emergencies please call the Church or email Ranie at associate@stthomashuntsville.org.

June Silver Saints Movie Matinee

In June we will offer a continuation of the Chronicles of Narnia in the movie adaption of C. S. Lewis’ “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.” The magical experience continues through C. S. Lewis’ incredible story telling. This story is even better than the last one! Come join us in the St. Thomas Parish Hall at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 22.

The Silver Saints Movie Matinee offers fun and fellowship with free movies. We offer snacks and beverages, and we will even pick you up and return you home if you wish. We have comfortable seating and a half-time break in the movie. Please bring your friends and ask people from our neighborhood. Call Jack or Becky Stokes at 256-881-4748. Please call 24 hours ahead if you will need a ride. Please come join us!

Join Us for Everybody's Pub Theology Next Thursday!

Sit down with Jeannie and Ranie Thursday, June 22nd, from 6-7:30 PM in a room just for us at PaPPo's Pizzaria, 7540 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville, for great fellowship, good food, tasty drinks, and hearty discussion! We will discuss our experience of Sabbath-- taking rest as we understand it as God's intention for us as faithful disciples. What are your challenges of taking Sabbath? Does our culture help or hinder Text Jeannie and let her know you plan on joining us at 256-348-9918 or email Ranie at associate@stthomashuntsville.org.

Summer Adult Christian Formation this Sunday: RADICAL WELCOME Book Study

Join us on Sundays in June for the new Summer Adult Formation Book Study in Conference Room I, as we dive into a book that promises to take us on a "step by step journey of discovery into what radical welcome is and how it can work," Radical Welcome by Stephanie Spellers. "Stephanie offers us a blueprint for planned growth, change, and mission." Now, it is as important as ever for us here at St. Thomas to understand our unique identity in South Huntsville and how we are poised to engage with our growing neighborhood. You can purchase the book through the church for $20 on Amazon (please purchase the 15th Anniversary Revised Edition). If you have any questions email Ranie at HERE.

Join us every Sunday at 5pm for a "Come as you are" Holy Eucharist!

Every Sunday this summer, St. Thomas will continue to offer a more "Laid Back" worship service at 5pm in the Nave. Come join us for simple hymns from the Alleluia III hymnal, good sermons preached from the floor, Holy Communion, and (most Sundays) a simple dinner in the Parish Hall immediately following the Eucharist! Come as you are and invite a friend to join you for the 5pm Sunday Evening Holy Eucharist at St. Thomas.

Help Needed for Sunday Morning Refreshments

We need your help to keep the refreshments coming on Sundays following the 10:30 AM service. Please sign up for a Sunday to bring homemade cookies or store-bought sweet treats so that we can spend a few minutes gathering after worship. Please sign up using the poster in Information Hall. Thank you for helping us keep this vital part of our parish thriving!
