As you are aware, last month ERA® Real Estate introduced a new ERA.com. I wanted to take a moment and speak to you directly about the website approach, the launch and next steps. Please take a moment to watch this two-minute video message:

  • We know that many of you have encountered key functionality issues and we thank you for providing your honest feedback.

 

  • We are intently listening and reviewing all of the feedback about the new brand website.

 

  • Please know that we are diligently working to address these issues and are working closely with the Anywhere Product Team to prioritize and resolve the known issues with ERA.com, including the agent and office search and the results displayed when searching. 

 

  • The intent of the new website is to drive consumer traffic to the broker websites, where the local expertise will shine, consumers can search for local MLS listings and companies can capture the re-directs. ERA.com traffic is being redirected to the company provided MoxiWebsites or the broker’s preferred local site. 

 

  • We are closely monitoring the performance of the new site to assess future improvements.

 

  • We are launching an ERA Quarterly Marketing Townhall Series, where the marketing team will provide broker/owners and marketing leaders with timely updates on our brand’s marketing offerings, support and programs.

 

  • The inaugural meeting will be held in June and I plan on providing even more updates about ERA.com, as well as other initiatives we have underway. Broker/owners and marketing leaders will be receiving an invite in the the coming days.
