Announcements
ERAC Organizational Changes

As ERAC continues to grow and mature as an organization so does our organizational structure. To more effectively and efficiently assist our Plan Participant members and response team network, ERAC made changes to our organizational structure in April.

As the interim Emergency Response Planning Manager, Don Merriam is responsible for writing proposals and emergency response plans (ERPs), including environmental emergency (E2) plans and Emergency Response Assistance Plans (ERAPs), and performing gap analysis and evaluations. He also manages the development of ERP drills and exercises.

As the interim Operations Manager, Lee Nelson is responsible for overseeing the ERAC technical advisors and working with our response team network on annual Regional Training and Assessments to ensure they meet or exceed ERAC’s training requirements to support our Plan Participant members' ERAPs. He is also responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of industrial and first responder firefighter training in relation to LPG and flammable liquids.
