CLEAR App Health Pass

ERICSA has partnered with the CLEAR Health Pass App for your proof of Covid-19 vaccination or negative Covid-19 negative PRC test. Per CDC guidelines, the vaccines must have been administered at least two weeks before attending the event. Per the CDC definition of “vaccinated”, this means two Moderna doses, or two Pfizer doses, or one Johnson & Johnson dose. We have changed the date of the negative PRC test from no earlier than Friday, May 20th to starting Monday, May 16th because of the timeline for receiving test results.

Our photo booth is mobile this year! Which means that it won't be in a fixed location. They will be roaming around the event taking photos, so join in on the fun and say CHEESE!

Second Line Band Sashay to President’s Reception at the Riverview Room

The Kinfolk Second Line Band will escort attendees down Bourbon Street from the hotel to the President’s Reception being held at the Riverview Room. Meet in the hotel lobby at 4:50 p.m.

For the Ladies: feel free to bring a handkerchief and even a small umbrella, which are both standard traditions for NOLA second line band processions! Ladies can also bring your handkerchiefs to the Monday morning opening ceremony since we will have a traditional brass band to kick off the event.

ERICSA Business Meeting

Each year ERICSA holds its annual association meeting on the final day of the conference. This meeting includes the election of association officers and Board members for the following year and addresses any proposed association bylaw changes. You are invited to attend.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 in the Grand Ballroom at 9:00 a.m.

CLE Information

Due to differences in State requirements for CLE, ERICSA is not identifying which workshops may be eligible for CLE. ALL workshops will have a sign-in sheet to prove attendance. Please sign in at any and all workshops you may want to submit to your State for CLE credit.

Please remember that ERICSA will NOT be applying for CLE credits on your behalf. It is your responsibility to self-report to each State. To assist you in this, ERICSA will provide a Certificate of Completion to those that paid the CLE fee in the registration area prior to leaving the conference. Speaker biographies and session descriptions are available on the app to aid you in your individual application process. For each workshop that you attend and plan to apply for CLE credit, you must complete the sign-in sheet at the time of the workshop.

Intergovernmental Training Event

Your registration for the 59th Annual ERICSA Conference includes attendance at the ERICSA Intergovernmental Virtual Training Event, which will be held September 28, 2022.
