sound ERSEA
policies and procedures and high
quality ERSEA implementation. This conference
will address how to incorporate the NEW! leadership standards
in ERSEA
compliance areas as well as ensuring that the three governance entities: governing body,
Tribal Council, Policy
Council and management staff are at the core of ERSEA procedural development. This NEWLY revised ERSEA conference will focus on how crucial ERSEA program operations are related to management systems. Using an ERSEA holistic approach within (13) thirteen interactive in-depth lessons, students will learn the following areas:

- Data & Evaluation
- Fiscal Management
- Community Assessment and Self-Assessment
- Facilities & Learning Environments
- Transportation
- Technology & Information Systems

- Ongoing Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Human Resources
The core knowledge learned is Eligibility, Selection, Recruitment, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) as they relate to implementing these systems and incorporating the
(12) twelve management systems. Participants will receive a
newly designed course manual that covers each system and how to ensure each part of ERSEA is in compliance with each system. Tools, forms and tracking methods will be introduced to help participants back home in establishing policies and procedures.
