Payne Phalen Community Council has been working with St. Paul Regional Water Service, ESNDC, and Councilmember Nelsie Yang to make sure East Side businesses get the lead out of their pipes as the MnDOT Arcade construction comes in. We'll hear about that at their PPCC Annual Meeting today and at East Side Connect! in May where we'll also talk about how ESABA is working to Keep it Open on Arcade by supporting businesses in the construction zone.
