TIA Annual Evaluation Survey for Districts with Fully or Provisionally Approved Systems
The state’s goal is for districts to achieve a participant response rate of over 70% on the TIA AES.
The Annual Evaluation Survey window is approaching and will be open from May 4 to 22, 2026. This is an opportunity for teachers, administrators, and HR staff to provide feedback on how they are experiencing their district’s local designation system.
To prepare, districts should upload their Excel template with the staff email addresses and campuses by April 24. These email lists districts provide will be how TTU, TIA@ttu.edu, distributes the surveys to participants once the window opens. Districts are encouraged to complete and submit their templates as early as possible.
