The TIA Annual Conference is an opportunity for TIA-districts to explore strategies that drive teacher retention, elevate instructional quality, and maximize the impact of the Teacher Incentive Allotment.

ESC 19 TIA Monthly Regional Session/Updates:

Our monthly ESC 19 TIA Regional Meeting/Updates is scheduled for this time. 

At this meeting, LEAs can expect to hear about TEA TIA updates relevant to the current TIA process and participate in an open forum to collaborate with fellow Region 19 TIA districts.

The meeting will provide networking and hands-on application submission support.

Data Validation Next Steps for 

Districts that Submitted in Fall 2025



Districts will receive their results by email during the first week of February.

Districts are encouraged to thoroughly review their report and reserve any questions until after they have attended both Data Validation Report webinars on February 4 or watch the recordings.
