An Escondido Chamber tradition since 1912, the 107th Annual Installation and Awards dinner took place on Friday night. It is an event that we look forward to, for many reasons:
- We get to honor business leaders, organizations and volunteers for their commitment and impact on our community.
- We get to thank our board members and ambassadors for serving and leading the chamber.
- We get to install new leaders on the board and appoint new ambassadors.
The celebration is a culmination of a year's worth of hard work and achievements. In the case of the chamber 107 years of working for a prosperous economy, vibrant community and strong leadership.
It is also an evening of hobnobbing and special entertainment. The performance by artist Stephen Fishwick, who kicked off the evening with a live painting of the Statue of Liberty, will be remembered for years!
