About the Program

Want to learn more about e-discovery? We'll start with the basics: what is electronically stored information (ESI) and what should I know about it? Then we'll identify technology and devices and versions, discuss unstructured and structured data, and provide a summary of metadata. We'll provide strategies for navigating the meet & confer, including custodians, data sourcing, and issues with new data. And we'll wrap up with a checklist decision-tree on all topics.

This program is presented by the Litigation Section chaired by Rachael C. Kogen and vice chaired by Lauri K. Martin. Find out more about the section at  BHBA.org.
