Notice To Charters

Education Service Provider Form (ESP)

Hello,

We are sending a reminder to all Charter Representatives that the Education Service Provider (ESP) Form is due September 1, 2023!

The new online system should make the submission process quicker and easier for charters to submit by the deadline. To submit the ESP Form, please do the following:

Login to ASBCS Online
From the Charter Holder Organization tab select the charter holder that you are submitting the form for.
From the charter holder page, select the Document Management tab.
Scroll down the Document Management page until you reach General Documents: ESP Documentation. Choose the ESP form file from your computer or drag and drop into the upload field to upload.

Once you finish and upload the document, you should see the document as pending review. No further action is necessary on your end.

Board staff will reach out if additional information is needed or there is an issue with your submission.

Compliance Statement of Assurances

Charters have been reaching out to us regarding an updated timeline for the release of the Compliance Statement of Assurances (CSoA).

Currently, the CSoA is being updated to include legislation that was passed during the most recent legislative session. We will keep you updated on the timing of this document, but hope to get you the CSoA within the next few weeks.
