Last week Insperity presented a timely and exclusive Webinar Series: Navigating The Waves of Uncertainty.  We had a very positive response to this Webinar and I thought it would be helpful to share with you all.
Leaders have been in reaction mode, and rightfully so. They’ve sent their people home. They’ve started plugging the holes in the ship. How do we keep the ship afloat? In this first webinar session, Certified Petra Coach Jennifer Faught provided tools and checklists to help employers lead their teams through these disruptive times. We covered how to shift from reaction mode to productive planning with three tactics to align employers' leadership teams, move forward through uncertainty, and ease the minds of their employees.   Oksana Eberhard  lead us in a Mindful Moment exercise to prepare us to take away relevant solutions that you can immediately become the calming presence your employees need right now. This remarkable series was led by CEO and Podcast Host Leah Glover Hayes .
Please find the recorded webinar from last Thursday, and associated worksheets attached.
Please find the registration link below for session 2 next Thursday, April 2–
