Dear Summer Camp Families
We hope this email finds each of you at home, remaining healthy, enjoying a slower pace of life and finding the positive moments during this most unusual time.
We’ve always felt the safety and well-being of our campers and staff is our number one priority for ESTEAM Learning Labs Summer Camps. Nicholle and JoAnn have reviewed the best current information available concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.
At this time, we’re planning to offer all summer sessions as planned as well as our entire fall after school programs. We'll continue to stay focused on the health considerations of our community and our families and keep everyone informed of our plans if they change.
We know our campers may not be able to join us this summer for a variety of reasons. We want to let you know that we’re planning some alternatives to keep that summer camp magic alive while you are at home. We’ll roll out our online virtual summer camps. Campers, this is a great opportunity for you to show your family what camp is like! Stay tuned and watch your email and our social media outlets for the scoop.
For those campers who will need to cancel we have the following options:
- full refund deadline to cancel is 2 weeks before your camp date
- Using your payment to reserve your spot for next summer or a later camp this summer
- Donating all or part of your tuition to support ESTEAM Academy & ESTEAM Learning Labs.
Again, we love each of you and we want to make this as easy as possible for you and your family. We look forward to getting back to camp and enjoying life with each of you very soon. We are in this together and we will make it through this time by sticking together!
