Dear ETFO ELHT Education Worker Plan Member,
The ETFO ELHT Benefits Plan renews effective September 1 of each year. September 1, 2020 is the third renewal of our plan.
After thorough analysis of usage, experience, and funding, the ETFO ELHT Board of Trustees approved the September 1, 2020 Renewal.
This communication is to advise that ETFO Education Worker plan member premium rates (health, dental, basic, supplemental and optional life, and AD&D) will
not
change as of September 1, 2020. However, as always, it may be necessary to increase the rates at next renewal.

- After you have logged in, click My Claims
