Important information regarding upcoming changes to the
ETFO ELHT Benefits Plan

ear Plan Member,
The ETFO ELHT Board wishes to advise you of changes effective during the 2019-2020 Benefits Year.
The ETFO ELHT Board of Trustees is entrusted with the care and financial accountability of the ETFO ELHT Benefits Plan. As such, the Board of Trustees regularly monitors the Benefits Plan relative to available funding and makes adjustments as needed, to ensure we are providing valuable benefits to members within the available funding. The funding is negotiated by the parties to the agreement (i.e., ETFO, Crown, OPSBA).
With this in mind, there will be some
changes coming to your plan
.
These changes are largely administrative and, in most cases, will have a minimal impact on members. However, they are important to help keep the benefits plan sustainable – and, in the case of the specialty drug changes, will improve member service.
