As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, the ETFO Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) will continue to work closely with OTIP, our plan administrator, to make proactive decisions that are grounded in care for members and employees.
OTIP’s hours of operation – temporary change
As of Monday, March 16, 2020,
OTIP’s hours of operation
have changed to Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. OTIP is making this temporary change in hours to balance the health and well-being of their employees while continuing to meet the needs of members.
Please be assured that although the service experience may be different, the OTIP team remains committed to being available to answer your questions efficiently and effectively during this time.
