Meeting with Teacher/Occasional Teacher Presidents and Chief Negotiators

On Wednesday, November 22, ETFO Teacher and Occasional Teacher (T/OT) local presidents and chief negotiators participated in a confidential meeting to review the terms of the ETFO 2022-2026 T/OT Tentative Central Agreement. The meeting was facilitated by ETFO’s President, General Secretary and Deputy General Secretary of Collective Bargaining.

2022-2026 T/OT Tentative Central Agreement: Documents and Highlights Resource

There are a number of documents that comprise the entire ETFO 2022-2026 T/OT Tentative Central Agreement. These documents have been sub-divided into three packages for ease of use. Links to each of the three packages are below:

In addition, a Tentative Agreement Highlights resource document has been created that provides an overview of proposed negotiated changes to the ETFO 2022-2026 T/OT Central Agreement.

2022-2026 T/OT Tentative Central Agreement: Ratification Update

ETFO’s Constitution states that there shall be no less than a two-week period between the time ETFO T/OT members receive the entire T/OT tentative central agreement and the commencement of the T/OT ratification vote on a tentative central agreement.

ETFO is finalizing arrangements for the ratification of the 2022-2026 T/OT Tentative Central Agreement. Information about upcoming telephone town hall information meetings and the online ratification vote (including timelines) will be emailed to members in a CB eNewsletter on November 25 and posted on the ETFO Collective Bargaining website (etfocb.ca).

In the interim, if you have a question about the ETFO 2022-2026 T/OT Tentative Central Agreement documents you received in this CB eNewsletter, or about the ratification vote, don’t hesitate to contact us.
