EURASHE Secretariat closed between Friday 21.7- Tuesday 15.08 

EURASHE Secretariat will be working with limited capacity during the holiday period from 21 July until 15 August (included).

EURASHE 28th Annual Conference in Tallinn (Estonia) on 19-20 April 2018 

EURASHE will organise its 28th Annual Conference in Tallinn (Estonia) on 19-20 April 2018. The conference will focus on the role of professional higher education within the diversified higher education systems. It will be organised in cooperation with Estonian Rectors' Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences (RKRN) and with support of the Ministry of Education and Research.

EURASHE Networking event and Summer cocktails

EURASHE organised a networking event on Modernisation of higher education at Erasmushogeschool in Brussels on 16 June 2017. The networking event was followed by the EURASHE Summer cocktails on the campus rooftop terrace.

EURASHE Round table on work-based learning

EURASHE organised  a round table on work-based learning (WBL)  in Brussels on 15 June 2017

The round table discussions gathered together European higher education experts from different countries to address the following topics:
  • Overview of the state of Work-Based Learning in Europe / challenges
  • Cases of good practices
  • Future role of EURASE in supporting development of WBL

' Smart solutions for the regions:  UAS applied R&I increasing regional cooperation' seminar registrations open - early bird fee until 10 September!

EURASHE will organise a seminar on applied research and regional development in Porto (Portugal) on 16-17 November 2017 in cooperation with Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administracao do Porto (ISCAP) and Portuguese Polytechnics Coordinating Council (CCISP).  The aim of the seminar is to present the current issues and challenges in the cooperation between the higher education institutions and regional authorities, organisations and businesses.

New staff member at EURASHE Secretariat

Georgios Triantafyllou is the new temporary part-time Project Officer at EURASHE. Within the Secretariat he is involved in organisational, financial and administrative tasks related to the coordination, implementation and reporting of EU funded projects. Moreover, he provides support to the public promotion and communication of EURASHE projects and activities and also to the organisation of EURASHE events.
