As KUB's Meter Modernization project has come to a close, KUB and customers across our service territory have access to more usage data, which provides a better understanding of individual energy use patterns.
Getting around cities in electric vehicles (EVs) is getting easier as EV infrastructure grows. But traveling between cities is still a challenge as infrastructure, incentives and policies aren't always implemented on a regional scale.

Utilities, Tesla, Uber Create U.S. Lobbying for EVs
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A group of major U.S. utilities, Tesla , Uber and others said on Tuesday they are launching a new group to lobby for national policies to boost electric vehicle sales call the Zero Emission Transportation Association.
Currently, we’re creating a statewide email communication network – a unified front – where EV pioneers and advocates can receive up-to-date information, ideas, stories and relevant resources.
As a part of this network, participants will receive updates about ongoing DET projects and information about to get involved themselves.
