EVC Updates

News & Information

EVC is a Champion of Higher Education for Transfer and an Equity Champion for Latinx Students.

Evergreen Valley College was honored last week by The Campaign for College Opportunity as a leading community college supporting students with the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT).

EVC was one of only 14 California community colleges named as an Equity Champion for Latinx Students, for the percentage of Latinx associate-degree earners graduating with an ADT.

We are very proud to be leading the way in transforming transfer via the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT).

Associate degrees for transfer (also called ADTs or transfer degrees) are designed to provide a clear pathway for California community college students to California State University (CSU) degrees. California community college students who earn an associate degree for transfer are guaranteed admission with junior standing to select CSU campuses and are given priority admission consideration over other transfer students.

If you need any guidance or support, please contact a counselor.

If you have questions about transferring, contact EVC's Transfer Center.
