this weekend! Below are some helpful insights to get you to the starting line on Sunday morning!
Timelines for Sunday:
8am-8:45am - Registration, Check in and Bib Pick Up for 5k
*Registration and pre-race restrooms are located in the Swarthmore College Lamb-Miller Field House. All 5k runners will receive a timing chip and race bib. 1m run and walk participants will check in but not receive a race bib.
500 Fieldhouse Ln, Swarthmore, PA 19081
8:50 - Runner and Walker corrals begins on Field House drive. Opening ceremonies begins.
9am - 5k starts *1m starts immediately after the 5K

5k - The course is on paved roads throughout the scenic Swarthmore streets and ends on the track at Swarthmore College. You will notice most if not all the streets are named after colleges and universities.. (Dartmouth, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, Rutgers, Cornell)
1 Mile - The Fun Run and Walk do not leave the sports complex - the course is up and back down Field house drive and around the track all ending at the same point as the 5k runners.
There will be post race refreshments and snacks provided.
Parking:
For safety purposes - there will be "NO" parking in the Swarthmore College sports complex - you will have to find a spot in the various lots throughout the borough highlighted in red on the map below. Toll parking is free on Sunday and there is plenty of street parking and lot options in the center of town - especially near the library. All parking options are a 3-5 min short walk to the registration area so please build in the extra time.
We have a drop off point out front of the Inn at Swarthmore for people that want to drop off their runners and walkers.
Water Station:
There will be a 5k midpoint water station located at the Cades School in Swarthmore!
