SPACE COAST WING BATTLE

AUGUST 19th, 6pm-10pm

Wickham Park

The Space Coast Wing Battle is a 21+ all-inclusive experience held at Wickham Park. Your admission ticket includes unlimited wing samplings, domestic beer and hard seltzers for the entirety of the event! *VIP Ticketholders also get unlimited local craft draft beer and liquor/cocktails! Got a sweet tooth? Some of the area's best dessert vendors will have their wares available for purchase at the event, with 15% of their proceeds going directly to TCHP (independent from the Space Coast Wing Battle ticket and proceeds).

Attendees stop by each booth to sample what each competitor is servin’ up... And then continue to enjoy UNLIMITED wing samplings, alcohol, game area, and live music all night long! Be sure to give your favorite competitor your “People’s Choice” vote. A panel of qualified judges will announce the 2023 SPACE COAST WING BATTLE CHAMPION.

MCA GRAND NATIONAL

MUSTANG SHOW

Sep 8, 8am - Sep 10, 5pm

American Muscle Car Museum

Join us at the American Muscle Car Museum for the 2023 MCA Grand National Mustang Show. Each entry receives two free tickets to the museum. Additional tickets will be available at the cost of $20 and can be purchased at the museum. Entry for children under the age of 18 is free when accompanied by an adult.

Both judged and displayed only Mustangs will be exhibited. There will be automotive and food vendors, raffles for prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and social events on Friday and Saturday evenings. More details to follow on the Space Coast Mustang Club website.

Who is feeding the kids during summer?

Many families in our community face the challenge of providing enough food for their children during the summer months. Children of low-income families are often at risk of summer hunger. Additionally, studies have shown that students can lose up to 1-3 months of learning over the summer, putting them at a disadvantage when they return to school in the fall. We believe that every child deserves access to healthy food and continued learning opportunities, no matter their family's financial situation. And you can help! Our community is coming together to fight summer hunger and learning loss by providing meals and books to families in need. Please consider donating to the Summer Feed & Read program. Together, we can make a difference!

TCHP received a visit from some very enthusiastic packers! Disney VoluntEARS!

TCHP was fortunate to receive a visit from some very animated packers! Disney volunteering has reached 40 years of service to communities worldwide. Since its inception, the program has inspired and encouraged employees to give back to their communities by sharing their time and talents. The program's legacy can be traced back to Walt Disney himself, who made it a priority to bring joy and happiness to children in local hospitals by visiting with them and entertaining them with his animators. Today, the program has grown to include thousands of Disney employees who have made a positive impact through various volunteer initiatives. We are grateful for the dedication and commitment of the Disney VoluntEARS, who continue to make a difference in the lives of others, to include hungry children in Brevard County.

Cheryl Cominsky, TCHP Executive Director with Captain Marcus of the Disney Wish ship. A contribution made by Disney employees helps us feed over 26 children for an entire school year!
