EVERFI: A FREE Digital Resource

EVERFI is a digital learning platform that is FREE for any educator and supportive for students of all ages. EVERFI courses are often aligned to state standards in the areas of health education and social sciences, and they can be assigned class-wide to support students on their individual learning journeys.

Healthier Me:

Intro to Wellness


This course focuses on wellness through a story-based narrative, including nutrition, exercise, hygiene, sleep, mindfulness, and the importance of social interaction. Suggested for grades 4-6.

Understanding Mental Wellness

A course focused on understanding mental health challenges and providing coping strategies and ideas about how to help others when they may be struggling. Suggested for grades 8-12.

Vaping:

Know the Truth


This course from the truth initiative focuses on the effects of vaping products and short-and long-term cannabis use.

The North Dakota Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division is asking for your assistance to inform future training for school-based professionals through the Pediatric Mental Health Care Access Program.
