We are in- network with many major dental insurances and for those that we are out of network with, we will do our best to help your patient utilize their out of network benefits to the fullest. 

So that we can efficiently diagnose and treat our mutual patients and keep their costs at a minimum, when you refer your patient to our office we ask that you send the most recent FMX or Pano. If you only have bitewings and PAXs we ask that you send those and if needed we can supplement with our own x-rays. We also ask that you fill out a referral slip and email that to us along with any other attachments that you feel are important for us to properly diagnose and treat our patient. As mentioned there will be times when additional x-rays or a CT scan is needed, in which case we will inform your patient during their consultation appointment.
