Caregivers must start using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) on Monday, November 2. EVV is not replacing paper timesheets or time submissions on the web portal, MyDirectCare.com. EVV is in addition to your normal time submission.
Beginning Monday, caregivers must have a matching EVV record for the following service codes: S5125, S5126, T1019, and T1020. (This includes services codes with modifiers. i.e. S5125U5, S5125UA, etc.)
Note: Live-in workers are exempt from using EVV.
