Dear valued Arway customers,
Once again, we find ourselves in unprecedented times. In addition to everything we have gone through in the last two years, we are seeing the cost of products, shipping, and utilities continue rise at a rate that is unfathomable. Not to mention, the number of new fees and surcharges being passed down from our vendors has increased drastically.
In addition to all of those costs, we are watching, with horror, as the price at the gas pumps increases almost daily while we try to keep our fleet fueled up to make deliveries. We have no idea when the prices will drop or if they will ever come down to a manageable level again.
In light of all of these increasing costs, we are reluctantly needing to increase the EWGF charge we put on all of our invoices by $1.50. This small increase will help ensure we are able to continue to provide the same excellence in service we have always committed and serve you all effectively.
You will begin to see this increase on invoices starting Monday, March 21st 2022.
In addition, we will be changing the dated name of the “EWGF” charge to better reflect what the charge has always been for. Going forward, instead of EWGF on your invoices, you will see the charge labeled “Fuel & Delivery”.
Also, please note, starting Monday March 14th 2022, any orders placed for delivery on days that are not your normal delivery days will incur a $15 delivery fee, no exceptions.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we make these necessary changes to ensure Arway will be able to continue to serve you with the same dedication to service for many years to come.
