I want to start this month by giving a huge congratulatory shout out to our EWHC Treasurer, Barb Elliott. At the end of July, Barb retired as President and CEO of Fairbanks Addiction Treatment and Recover Center. We are so happy for her and this new life chapter – Congrats Barb!
As you hopefully saw in our recent communication, the EWHC Board made the difficult decision to cancel all in-person events for the remainder of 2020. In light of company restrictions and personal comfort, we felt it was the right decision to make for our members. However, we want to stay connected and will continue to offer virtual opportunities to engage. You can expect a virtual program each month through the end of the year, starting with our August discussion on Self-Promotion. We will also be converting our annual awards ceremony to a virtual event in September. Please register for any upcoming events here [Registration Page].
