Meet Rochelle Bailey, MBA, owner and CEO of RoBailey Consulting (RBC), a certified M/WBE with a focus on healthcare administrative initiatives in Indiana.
Rochelle was one of the last EWHC members to join over the Christmas holiday in 2021 and what a great experience it has been! She looks forward to collaborating with leaders shaping government driven programs across the State and gaining diverse perspectives from all aspects of healthcare administration.
Work: Rochelle leads a team of subject matter experts and project managers working alongside MCEs, hospitals, and healthcare alliances within Indiana.
Family: Rochelle lives in Indianapolis with her husband of 15 years, Nathan Bailey MA, RD. They share two awesome kiddos, Kaden (16) and Callista (11) and one fur baby, Kylo Cash (Mini Bernedoodle), lovingly named after Kylo Ren and Johnny Cash of course!
Fun facts:
·Rochelle is a self-proclaimed ‘Medicaid Nerd’; she is one of the rare few that genuinely enjoys analyzing federal and state regulations related to government programs.
·Born and raised in West Lafayette, IN with her grandparents, Rochelle is an ‘Army Brat’ who’s mother and father were often stationed in different states and overseas. The ability to travel often and experience new cultures, while maintaining a rural homebase, helped define her awareness, acceptance, and respect of the diverse world we live in.
·Rochelle initiated her advanced studies at Purdue University, studied abroad at Cambridge University, then gained a Bachelors in Anthropology at Indiana University. Once she had established her direction in the healthcare field, Rochelle furthered her studies to gain a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
What Rochelle has to say about EWHC:
I am so appreciative of the opportunity to collaborate and learn from other executive women in our field! EWHC maintains membership with the expertise relevant to the clients we serve. It is a blessing to reconnect with mentors and executives who have strived to improve the healthcare communities in Indiana.
