Thank you for your interest in processing tickets online through our Exactix ticket system.

EXACTIX is a convenient and easy to use tool, developed for users with the need to create 811 tickets to request utility locate marks for multiple addresses and easily track electronically posted responses. Since EXACTIX is online, it allows you 24/7 access to create 811 tickets anytime that works best with your schedule. (Please note, tickets still require 2 full working days, excluding weekends and holidays, to get completed locate markings or other responses from member underground facility owners/operators).

In order to create tickets online with Arizona 811, please register for and complete the following online training course:

Please note the following:

All users wishing to process locate requests on EXACTIX must complete the online training course to receive log in credentials and begin creating online tickets

This course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and is all self-guided. You will be able to stop and start at your convenience

Please note that you will need to create a NEW user account for our Coursettra training site if you have not previously logged in and used Coursettra to complete any previous Arizona 811 Training courses

You will receive a registration email for the EXACTIX system once we have verified your completion of the course so you can register to begin processing your own 811 tickets online
