The Pennsylvania Bus Association's (PBA) 2023 Marketplace Group Leader show registration is now open and early bird pricing is in effect!

Marketplace will be begin on Monday, March 27 with set-up for exhibitors, educational seminars on tourism, Board of Director meeting and an evening reception at the Holiday Inn Morgantown. 

Tuesday, March 28 is the main event, the Group Leader Marketplace at the Classic Auto Mall in Morgantown, PA! 

This is a wonderful opportunity for our Travel and Destination partners to visit with group leaders arriving in beautiful PBA member motorcoaches looking for places to travel in 2023 and beyond!  

Pricing Notes: Early bird registration ends October 15 and if you attended our Annual Conference in State College earlier this year, don't forget to use your special discount code to get $100 off your booth! Special Annual Conference discount code will expire December 31st.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• October 15, 2022 - Early Bird pricing expires.
• December 31, 2022 - Special Annual Conference discount code expires.
• December 31, 2022 - Last day to submit a Group Leader FAM Tour.
• January 1, 2023 - All Discount Pricing Ends.
• January 15, 2023 - Cancellation of a purchased booth for partial refund.
• January 31, 2023 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
• February 15, 2023 - Registration and Sponsorship opportunity deadline (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• March 21, 2023 - Holiday Inn Morgantown hotel overnight room deadline.
