EXCITING NEWS!
WE'RE GROWING OUR MEMBERS & SERVICES
Hello Friends & Supporters Of The Rural Islands Economic Partnership (RIEP)

We’re writing to you today, as representatives of the newly formed RIEP Membership Committee to share the latest Rural Islands Economic Partnership news.

Over the past 20 months, during these challenging pandemic recovery times, RIEP volunteers have been steadfastly working to grow the ‘Partnership’.

As of March 2021, our organizational capacity has significantly increased!

  • Engaged an expanded Board
  • Completed our 3-year Strategic Business Plan
  • Hired two staff professionals, supported by a top team of contractors

And throughout these times, we continue to engage with representatives from local island businesses and community organizations to move forward with initiatives in support of rural island economic and social recovery.

The launch of our new social enterprise,
Rising Tide Business Services (RTB).

RTB is providing affordable marketing services through pooled demand to empower local island businesses and organizations through the pandemic and beyond.
