Lincoln County Television & Media Center is non-profit, public access, community media for and about the citizens of Lincoln County, Maine

LCTV News July 12, 2022

Hello,

We've got a jam-packed week of new shows for you!

Please join us Friday evening at 7:00pm for a special one-hour Community Conversation with host Marva Nesbit and Andrew Mueller, CEO of MaineHealth and Cindy Wade, President of LincolnHealth. We're so grateful for the chance to learn more about these Maine leaders, and to hear their thoughts on important health care issues that impact all of us.

Saturday at 7:00pm, it's the premiere of our 2022 Windjammer Days show, with tall sails, blue skies, lobster speed-eating, kids being kids, pirates and more. This show is made possible through the generous Sponsorship of local business leaders.

All our thanks to our Premier Sponsors: Bangor Savings Bank, Carousel Marina, Mine Oyster, and Pedego Electric Bikes Boothbay Harbor.

And our Supporting Sponsors: Scully's Oysters & Lobster Market, Sproul's Furniture, and Kaler's Restaurant.

Let them know that you appreciate their support for your Community Media station!

We'd love to showcase your business or organization too. All our Premier Sponsors receive a custom 10-second video as thanks - yours to use on your social media, newsletters, and website.

Take a look at this thanks video we made for Coastal Maine Popcorn Company

๏ปฟSend Lang Sheppard a note at Lang@LCTV.org to discuss Sponsorship levels and benefits.

There's so much to look forward to: vintage cars from our friends at Owls Head Transportation Museum, Midcoast Matters with Midcoast Conservancy, a new early-morning yoga show, citizen science from the Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust, an original film about district nurses, and more on-the-water excitement.

And finally, staying true to our roots of providing citizen access to municipal government, this week we have new meetings from Damariscotta, Bristol and Waldoboro.

We always want to hear your ideas for your Community Media station. Please give us a call at 563-6338, send an email, or stop by the station at 29 Sheepscot Rd in Newcastle.

Thanks for watching,

Larry Sidelinger

LCTV Board President
