There is great fun for all members of the family, including 20+ carnival games and activities, a silent auction, theme basket raffles, snacks and lunch options. By participating in this fun-filled day, families can enjoy time together and with other school families while helping support many great programs at Butler. Details to follow.
SPRING FAIR VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
We are excited to announce that the volunteer sign-ups are now live for the 2022 Butler Spring Fair, our largest fundraiser of the school year, being held on Saturday, May 21. E-mails will be going out via your homeroom parent this week as well. The success of this event is due largely in part to your generosity in volunteering just a few hours of your time to help.

Click here to choose your desired time slot to volunteer. Clearances are not needed to volunteer on Saturday.
DONATE BOOKS FOR SPRING FAIR USED BOOK SALE
Butler PTO’s Used Book Collection
April 18 through May 15

We are collecting books appropriate for children Kindergarten through 6th grade for our upcoming Used Book Sale held during our Spring Fair (May 21). Last year’s sale raised over $400 for our school.

We will be collecting books from April 18 through May 15. There will be a collection bin at 105 Nightingale Circle, Chalfont.  Please do not send your books to school. We need your help to make this a success! All money collected during this sale will directly benefit our school.

If you have any questions, please contact Tracey Johnston.
SPRING FAIR BASKETS AND FUN JARS
Homeroom Coordinators should be reaching out to class families to request contributions for Raffle Baskets and Fun Jars. Each class is responsible for one Basket and one Fun Jar. In addition, we will be asking families for other Fun Jars - stay tuned for more info about that. Any questions, please contact Jennifer Mininger (Baskets), or Edna Miller (Fun Jars).
