- A standard booth (10' x 10', or smaller/larger depending on your request)
- One ( 1 ) 6' Blue Skirted Table
- Two ( 2 ) Black Plastic Contour Chairs
- One ( 1 ) Wastebasket
- One ( 1 ) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign
The below EXHIBITOR SERVICES link is for access to your exhibitor kit. You may contact GES direct, and anyone in the exhibitor services department can assist with any questions. If you are in need of any special services at your booth (electric, internet, lighting, etc.) you must arrange this with GES. Note that this facility is carpeted. All product and literature must be sent to GES. DO NOT send packages to the hotel. The below link will include detailed shipping instructions of show product.
Vendor Registration & Shirts:
Day 1: Friday April 8 - Business Casual Attire Recommended
- 6:00 am - 11:00 am - Vendor Registration
- 12:45 pm - Vendor Meeting
- 1 pm - 6 pm - Exhibit Preview (Dealer Walk-thru)
Cornwell staff will have a Vendor registration counter located at the Sebastian Registration Desk. Please stop at this desk to pick up your Rally badge, vendor packet, and complimentary Rally shirt. This shirt is to be worn on Saturday.
Day 2: Saturday April 9 - Rally Polo provided by Cornwell
- 7:30 am - Exhibit Opens
- 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm - Lunch (Vendors welcome!) - Exhibit closed & secured
- 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Exhibit Resumes
Door Prizes: If you have selected to award door prizes to our Cornwell dealers, on Saturday after lunch, our dealers will be visiting booths to see if they won a door prize.
