Michael graduated from Hofsta University in New York and attended law school at Barry School of Law. He has practiced since 2002 and holds his license in the state of Florida and federal license in the Southern District of Florida. He has settled over $1M in personal injury claims and continues to service Florida in representing the injured. While he practiced entertainment law, he serviced clients, including, "Backstreet Boys", "N-Sync", "O-Town" "Aron Carter" "Natural". ANDREW PROPST, ESQUIRE "OF COUNSEL" Mr. Propst is the founder and CEO of Legal Solutions Law Firm. (www.legalsolutionslaw.com) Prior to founding this firm Mr. Propst served in the military as a Navy Corpsman attached to the United States Marine Corps in this capacity, he served two tours in Iraq. He attended law school at Stetson University College of Law which is the top trial advocacy school in the country. SHARTEEN VIERA, FIRM ADMINISTRATOR & SENIOR PARALEGAL
Sharteen holds a B.A. in criminal justice, paralegal certificate from New York State. She was born and raised in Bronx, New York and moved to Florida in 2011. She brings 25 years of solid paralegal experience in both Personal Injury and Family Law. As a result of surviving her own journey in what's commonly known as "Parental Alienation" , she became interested in understanding this family dynamic after her own divorce in 2016. She devoted herself to understanding what "Parental Alienation" is from both a clinical and legal perspective to recoup her own children from this traumatic experience. She uses her experience and knowledge to better assist the clients she serves. Sharteen has become knowledgeable in Attachment Systems, Trauma, Personality Disorders, Narcissistic Abuse, and Early Childhood Development. She enjoys bringing hope to parents who are stuck in the vicious cycle of Parental Alienation.
