FREDERICKSBURG – Travelers in the Fredericksburg area can expect brief daytime delays next week on Route 1 at the Falmouth Bridge over the Rappahannock River due to a routine bridge inspection.
Starting Monday, Oct. 7 through Thursday, Oct. 10, there will be single lane closure on Route 1 at the Falmouth Bridge between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Crews will alternate between working in the Route 1 northbound and the southbound right lane.
