EaRTH Center

Annual Research Forum 2022

THANK YOU!!!

We'd like to thank everyone (over 60 of you!) who came to our 2nd EaRTH Center Annual Research Forum and our first in person event!!! We can't tell you how much it warmed our hearts to see you all come together and share in the excitement of each other's research and eagerly seek each other out to chat about the next environmental health project to collaborate on. There may have been a hiccup or two, but the show went on and we are thankful you all (most notably our amazing lineup of poster presenters) so kindly went with the flow!

Don't usually receive emails from us?

If the only emails you've received from the EaRTH Center have been about our Research Forum, then chances are you aren't on our mailing list. We are writing now to simply thank you for joining us, but we'd love to add you to our usual list (but only if you want it).

Sign up for the EaRTH mailing list here and you'll be sure to get the latest happenings on EaRTH events, funding opportunities, and more!

$5K Networking Awards

Not only was there learning and laughs, but there was MONEY! For those that were able to stay for the networking session (and are also eligible based on the other criteria you'll find here), the applications for the $5K Networking Awards are due end of day Wednesday, November 9th. We are offering two $5K (direct costs) awards for environmental health projects. Core services will be available to supplement these awards. For core services, simply indicate which core service you would like and include in the budget if you have an estimate. We realize with the short turnaround time, you may not be able to provide an exact estimate and that won't affect the application.

We thank you, and you, and you, and you!

We are thankful to each of you that carved out time in your busy schedules to join us and we hope it was as fun and interesting for you as it was for us!

We are also so grateful for:

Sounds of the Pandemic

Unfortunately due to the technical issues Robertson Auditorium was experiencing, we missed the welcome slides and most notably, Tracey's Spotify playlist, "Sounds of the Pandemic." Please make her day and speed her recovery by listening to it and adding to it here.

Already looking forward to next year!
