We have a split Wow Me Wednesday on March 31. Please see the recommended age for each session and note each lesson has separate Zoom information.

Please join Ms. Hager as she will be hosting a lesson on cursive. You will need the following supplies for this lesson: lined paper and pencils. You may click HERE to access lined paper for you to print. Due to the fine motor skills necessary for cursive writing this lesson is recommended for Grades 2-5.

Selwyn Camp Invention: Recharge At-Home will take place from June 6-10. Join us as we get together to experience a taste of a session of Camp Invention. Camp Invention is a program designed to build essential STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) skills accomplished through hands-on activities. Art Needed for Virtual SCARTS

Calling all Selwyn artists! VIRTUAL SCARTS IS COMING APRIL 29!

The LINK to submit art is now open from March 31 through April 16:
 
Students may upload ONE photo of their BEST Selwyn artwork for “Selwyn Celebrates the Arts.” This link will also be posted in the student’s Canvas Art Course, and on Mrs. Swing’s web page on the Selwyn site. You must be logged into a Google account to access the submission form!

Student art must have been created this school year, either at home or in class, which reflects a Selwyn art lesson. The art must be original (no copy work) and they must have created it on their own.

All previous art lessons are posted in their Canvas Art Course, if they would like to complete one they have missed. Art Lessons are Google docs so please access Canvas through Google.

2019-20 Eagle’s Nest Plaque is Installed

Thank you to our 2019-20 Building Block Eagle’s Nest Donors. Selwyn received the plaque and has placed the plaque in its permanent home in the glass case in the left hallway of the lower school. Thank you Eagle's Nest Donors!
The PTA Needs Talented Volunteers!

As we plan for next year the PTA needs volunteers, especially anyone who is a web developer or who has experience in communications. 
 
We need volunteers in other areas as well. Below is a link to a list of Board positions. If you are interested in helping, please email Whitney Seeburg and we will find a position for you. We can use everyone’s help!
