Health and Wellness Tip
Let's Talk Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Keeping your family's immune system strong is extremely important during this time of potential outbreak. Eating lots of fruits & vegetables, limiting sugar and processed foods, getting enough sleep, and taking vitamin C & D supplements will help strengthen the immune system. Don't forget to wash hands frequently and remind your children to always cover their mouths when coughing, as COVID-19 is airborne.

Children seem to be less affected than adults, but can still spread the virus. People ages 45 and above are most at risk for serious illness.

Keep up to date on the potential virus outbreak by reading reliable sources such as: www.who.int and www.cdc.gov .
