Our 2010 State Championship Football Team will be recognized after the third quarter of the Bishop Watterson vs. Granville game this Friday, October 1, at Ohio Dominican. We hope to see you there! |

Legends Classic Golf Classic |
|
Our Legends Golf Classic, held at Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club, was a huge success. Thanks to the generosity of the Kenney family and all of our sponsors, this was a record-breaking fundraiser for Bishop Watterson. Nearly $440,000 was raised to benefit Bishop Watterson High School.
Charlotte Shay and Bobbi Shay were our honorary guests for the 2021 Bishop Watterson Golf Classic.
The fabulous event included a Bloody Mary bar at registration, catered boxed lunches, 18 holes of golf on a gorgeous day, a $150 swag bag, a silent auction, a live auction, and happy hour with a live band and delicious appetizers. To add excitement to the event, a helicopter arrived as a surprise live auction item at the end of the night. Thank you to all of our sponsors, golfers, donors, and volunteers who contributed to the success of this successful event.

After a year's delay, we were happy to finally induct our seventh class into the Bishop Watterson Athletic Hall of Fame at a ceremony at Bishop Watterson on Sunday, August 29. Congratulations to all!

Our Alumni Department provides service to St. Lawrence Haven, the sack lunch program run by St. Vincent DePaul, twice per month. Volunteers provide much needed sandwiches, fruit, drinks, chips, and treats for the patrons of St. Lawrence Haven.
Our bi-monthly deliveries have been overwhelming, thanks to the amazing support and generosity of our group. The need continues to be great and we would love your help.

First-Ever Summer Kairos for Seniors |
|
Forty seniors gathered at the Maria Stein Spiritual Center in July for a Kairos Retreat (K-18) before heading into their senior year. Several members of the Class of 2021 came back to serve as leaders. The second Kairos Retreat for the Class of 2022, K-19, is currently underway and ends on Friday, October 1 ... prayers welcome! |

Bishop Watterson Kairos Retreats, now in their 7th year, have enabled students to reflect on what is important in their lives and encounter God more deeply. Students also say the retreats have had a powerful impact on their relationships with their peers.
There are several ways you can support this program:
- pray for our retreatants and the effect of the program in our school community
- share your positive experience or your child's experience with others in the community
- consider a donation to the Brendan Foley '19 Memorial Fund for Campus Ministry to support students who need financial assistance with the cost to attend Kairos; even the cost of a coffee helps
