Thanksgiving Feast Volunteers Needed

K-8 students and staff are gearing up for the annual Thanksgiving Feast! Invitations have been sent to the seniors in Immanuel’s congregation to join us as our guests. (Students will an opportunity to invite their special seniors who are not members of Immanuel to VIP Day during Lutheran School’s Week in March.)

We would love parent help the day of the Feast. Help is needed with preparing, cooking, serving, and clean up. Please sign up for a time slot following these steps:

Sat., Jan. 12, 9-3 PM Registration is now open!
The average girl’s self-confidence peaks at age nine. This startling statement is the result of a  study  on children and self-esteem commissioned by the American Association of University Women and reported in the  New York Times. Leah Tatina designed the Made Matchless curriculum as a class to help young girls learn their true value in Christ and she's now offering it as a one-day workshop for moms and daughters. Position: Special Education Coordinator
T his full time position provides consultation and coordination for special education needs of students at Immanuel Lutheran School under the guidance and direction of the School Principal and in accordance with the purpose statement, philosophy, and policies of the School.

Qualifications: Possess certification in Special Education and demonstrate leadership skills in special education and the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
